Bratwurst Reuben – Two standards for a unique twist

Easy recipe that is big on flavor. The origins of the first Rueben sandwich are sketchy but certainly we realize that it is one excellent sandwich. Our twist on the original Rueben sandwich is to play to the German influences of the sandwich and use our Bratwurst or Beer Brat as the main ingredient.



  1. Precook Randolph Market Bratwurst link and butterfly the link. Place Bratwurst on grill, top with sauerkraut and Swiss cheese. When cheese is melted, place between two slices of grilled swirled rye bread. Top with Thousand Island dressing and serve with German Potato Salad.
