Sausage Quiche

Sausage Quiche

This sausage quiche is a great weekday, or weekend breakfast treat!

Ingredients:

  • 1- 9" pie shell
  • 1/2 lb Randolph sausage, browned and drained
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 5 eggs beaten
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 teaspoons parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup milk

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Combine sausage, onion, cheese, flour, and parsley together in bowl. Mix well, and add to pie shell. Beat eggs and milk. Pour over sausage mixture. Bake 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown.

Serves 6.
