Sausage Information


 

  • 14 oz. pizza dough
  • 4 oz. Papa Carmignani's bulk Italian sausage
  • 6 oz. pizza sauce
  • 4-6 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese

Roll out pizza dough for a 12 inch pie. Cover dough with pizza sauce. Pinch 4 oz. Papa Carmignani's bulk Italian sausage and place evenly on the pizza. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake until sausage is cooked, approximately 10 minutes in a convection oven.
