Porky’s Last Stand, a Southern BBQ restaurant, was established in Southwest Florida in the early 1990’s. It was there that Randolph Packing Co., began to experiment and incorporate Southern spice blends as well as smoked recipes into their sausage making philosophies. The result is a new line of specialty sausage sold under the label, Porky’s Last Stand.
